If we go from the first floor to the attic, we find an open space that can be used as storage, a pantry, or it could be remodeled to expand the house with more bedrooms. There is also the original garage where tractors were kept, now able to fit 1 or 2 cars depending on size.

This is a gem in the heart of the Penedès, surrounded by vineyards and small villages, such as Vilafranca, a wine region, and Sant Sadurní, famous for its cava. There are hiking routes, wine tourism, and an extraordinary sense of peace to be enjoyed.

Only 25 minutes from Sitges, 55 minutes from Barcelona airport, near cities like Tarragona, Cister routes, and lots of Catalonian culture to explore.
