The Ronald McDonald House, often located near hospitals, serves as lodging for family members of sick children.
Being close to each other positively impacts the wellbeing of both parents and children. During times when illness and care disrupt everything, being together as a family is of utmost importance.

cooking for seniors
Twice a month, Community Center De Schakel in Oudheusden opens its doors for a delightful dinner for local seniors. In the kitchen, children aged 10 to 12 assist the cook. This initiative is a welcome change for the seniors, often facing lonely evenings. The children learn cooking, handling bustle, and serving guests, thereby discovering their talents in organization and social interaction.

Equestrian Robin Heiden
Equestrian Robin Heiden is a rising star in horse riding. She is regularly selected for national and international dressage competitions. In both 2020 and 2023, she was crowned Dutch Champion. Internationally, Robin consistently ranks among the world's top 10. She continues to develop, including through training and internships with Anky van Grunsven.
