o The new owner can request to rent a larger water plot totalling 997 m2 from the Amsterdam municipal real estate department.
o Living is not allowed; the current owner has a permit to live.

ACCESSIBILITY
- The location is easily accessible by both road and water and extensive paid parking facilities are available on the Haparandadam.
- The ship the Pelican was purchased to undertake business activities aimed at making shipping more sustainable and innovative water- and port-related activities. The ship can facilitate a variety of business activities in accordance with the zoning plan and the Ordinance on Inland Waterways (VoB).
- Jetty designs have been made for 3 new jetties which have been licensed in an Environmental Permit ( June 2022). A wheelchair-accessible business entrance has been built and a new long mooring jetty of about 40 metres has been constructed on the port side. Permitted is also a third jetty accessible from the Haparandadam and positioned between restaurant Ferry (formerly Pont13) and the Pelican. This 3rd jetty has not yet been realised but electrical facilities have been prepared.
